Krazy Kratos' Rising Star Invitational title
Overview
On 5 July 2026, Krazy Kratos won the Rising Star Invitational 2026, taking the ₹5,00,000 prize pool (about $5,251 in the records' figures) with 193 points, 3 chicken dinners and 18 matches. Justy's Jesters finished runners-up on 166 points and Most Wanted were third on 146 points with 2 chicken dinners. The event was organised by KRAFTON India and streamed live on the KRAFTON India Esports YouTube channel, running 3–5 July with 16 teams.
This was the inaugural edition and India's first BGMI invitational built exclusively around players from the KRAFTON India Esports Rising Stars Programme, expanded in 2026 with Elite and Backup Rising Stars. Each of the 16 teams was captained by a Rising Star with a five-member squad. Jatin Hunters led after day one on 74 points, but Krazy Kratos took the lead at the end of day two on 137 after 12 matches and closed it out.
Rohit KRATOS Saxena of Krazy Kratos took both the MVP and the Best Rising Star awards. The full 16-captain list, the prize distribution detail and the MVP prize amount were not published, and no Liquipedia page exists for the event.
Verified via ANI, WebIndia123 and InsideSport press coverage: the Krazy Kratos win, the full podium, the MVP, the dates, and the prize pool. The rest is honestly marked as unknown.
Liquipedia's published squad lists name a captain for thirteen of the sixteen squads: Saumraj for Solidarity Saumraj, Omega for Knight Nightmare, Anonymous for Jasleen Titans, SENSEI for Super Sam, MrIGL for Justy's Jesters, Jelly for Hydro Hydrogen, Roman for Levi's Shoorveers, Hector for Hector Warriors, Aadi for Krazy Kratos, GravityJOD for Shiraj Sena, Wanted for Most Wanted, Morty for Jatin Hunters and ShaDow for Evil Squad. The same page credits Tesseract Esports as co-organizer alongside KRAFTON India, a credit the launch coverage did not carry.
