Prize pools by year, stated figures only
Year totals on this page use only pool figures that are actually stated, which is why some years end with a plus-unknown instead of a clean total. The 2021 total cannot be computed at all in dollars, because the Global Championship pool is not stated in dollars, and the $1,500,000 charity pool beside the World Invitational is donation money, not team prize money.
The two cleanest years are 2022 at $7,000,000 and 2023 at $6,000,000, while 2024 and 2025 only became computable once the Global Open pools were taken from the Liquipedia infobox figures, $356,000 and $409,000. The 2026 row is a so-far total: the upcoming Global Championship pool of $3,000,000 reported is excluded, because it has not been awarded yet.
Winner shares never enter these totals, and no pool is derived by subtracting one stated figure from another. Where a pool is missing, the row says so, and the year total carries the unknown forward instead of hiding it.
