9z Team finished 5th at Club Open - Fall Split 2020: LATAM

9z Team, also known as 9z Globant for sponsorship reasons, are a South American organisation whose PUBG Mobile division dates to February 2020, two years after the organisation itself was founded. The side entered through the Latin American open circuit, finishing fifth at the Club Open Fall Split 2020 LATAM event and eleventh at the Club Open Spring Split earlier that year, and then settled into the region's professional league.

The league years were steady rather than spectacular. 9z placed tenth in the first Latin America Pro League season of 2021 and twentieth in the spring season of 2022, then stepped away before returning in March 2024. The comeback produced the team's best regional run: twelfth in the Super League Americas Fall 2024 and seventh in the Spring 2025 split, worth $15,000, with a 2025 roster built around Colega, Milos, Reyes and Remix.

That Spring 2025 finish is the high point of the record so far, and it shows why the team belongs on a complete Americas list. 9z never won a major regional title, but they lasted from the open era into the Super League era, and their return after a year away still produced a top-ten finish against the continent's best sides.
