A Pure Competitor finished 1st at Peacekeeper Elite New-Power League 2023 Spring

A Pure Competitor are a Chinese Peacekeeper Elite side whose competitive record was built away from the top flight, in the feeder competitions that sit below the PEL. The organisation dates to May 2021, and its teams spent the next two years working through the New-Power League, the Weibo Cup and the Snapdragon regional events rather than contesting PEL seasons.

The breakthrough came in the New-Power League. A Pure Competitor won the Summer split in 2022 and then won the Spring split in 2023, adding a second-place finish at the ESL Snapdragon Pro Series China event in the spring of 2023. A third place at the Weibo Cup in December 2022 showed the same squad could hold its own against stronger fields.

That record makes the team a genuine part of the Chinese pyramid even though it never reached a PEL final. Its story is one of steady progress through the second tier, with two feeder titles as the proof, and it belongs on a wiki that tracks the full depth of the Chinese scene rather than only its famous names.
