AROV Esports finished 2nd at Malaysia National Championship 2019

AROV Esports was a Malaysian team that competed during the formative years of the region's organised scene, from 2018 until its disbandment in July 2020. The side never reached the Pro League era, but it was a regular in the national championship and the Club Open, the two competitions that defined Southeast Asian PUBG Mobile before the league system arrived. Its story is typical of the early Malaysian scene: promising, locally rooted, and short-lived.

AROV Esports peaked in the national championship, where AROV finished second in both 2018 and 2019, the latter worth $6,250. Around those runs the team placed third at the 2019 Axis PUBG Mobile League and eighteenth in the Club Open's fall Southeast Asia league, results that showed it could compete beyond Malaysia even if it could not sustain that level.
