ASA KOREA finished 2nd at Open Challenge 2023 Season 1 - Phase 2

ASA KOREA is the Korean PUBG Mobile arm of Ace Skill Arsenal, a Japanese esports organisation, and its record shows a team that stayed in the Korean professional conversation for years without ever winning a major domestic title. Formed in April 2020, it entered the old Street Challenge circuit and was still contesting the Pro Series in 2023, a lifespan that covers almost the whole early history of organised Korean PUBG Mobile.

The team's best domestic result came early. At the Pro Series 2021 Season 1 it finished third, behind the two teams that defined that season, and the prize of $5,402 remains its largest single Pro Series payout on the rendered record. Later seasons were less kind: it placed eleventh in both Pro Series 2023 splits, and its one podium finish in 2023 came in the second phase of the Open Challenge, where it finished second.

That shape, a strong debut season followed by seasons spent in the middle of the table, is what makes ASA KOREA a useful page rather than a footnote. It illustrates how a foreign organisation's Korean division could sustain a roster across four years of Korean competition, appearing in Street Challenge halves, Pro Series seasons and Open Challenge phases, even while the titles went elsewhere.
