Golden Cat finished 2nd at Pro League - Thailand Season 1

Golden Cat were a Thai PUBG Mobile team whose entire competitive peak fits inside a single year, 2020, and that concentration is what makes them worth recording. The team was created in March 2019 and disbanded in February 2021, so the record is short, but the Thai Pro League results from 2020 are strong enough to stand on their own.

The headline finishes are second in the Thailand Season 1 Pro League, worth $7,983, and third in Season 2, worth $5,058. Between those two domestic finals the team also played the Southeast Asia Season 1 Pro League and finished thirteenth, which shows that the domestic form translated, if only partly, to the regional stage.

The earlier record fills in the background: eighth in the Club Open's Southeast Asia Spring Split in 2019 and fourth in the Thailand qualifier that fed it. Golden Cat never won a major title, and the page should say so plainly, but back-to-back Thai league podiums in the year the Thai scene professionalised are a real achievement, not a footnote.
