Ground Zero Mercenaries finished 1st at National Championship Brazil Fall 2023

Ground Zero Mercenaries, also styled GZM eSports, are a Brazilian PUBG Mobile organisation who became a fixture of the country's professional league across four seasons. The side announced itself with fourth place at the Club Open Spring Split 2021 Brazil event, then finished seventh in the Brazil Pro League Season 1 of 2021 and thirteenth in Season 2.

The league results that followed were consistent without ever reaching the top: sixteenth in both 2022 splits, thirteenth in the Spring 2023 split and seventeenth in the Fall 2023 split. The cup record was stronger, with second place at the National Championship Brazil 2022 for $2,000 and then victory at the National Championship Brazil Fall 2023 event for $2,637, the team's first title.

A fourteenth-place finish at the Global Open 2024 qualifier in March 2024 closed the verified record. Ground Zero Mercenaries never won a professional league split, but a national title, a national runners-up finish and four seasons of league participation give them a fuller record than most Brazilian sides of their generation.
