Team Umbra finished 5th at Pro League - Africa Spring 2022
Team Umbra were a Moroccan PUBG Mobile team with an unusual career path: they started in Europe and only later moved into the African region. Founded in June 2020, they played the German Club Open circuit first, finishing fourth in the Fall Split 2020, before the World League took them global.
At the World League 2020 West event they placed fourteenth, and in 2021 they reached the Pro League Western Europe Season 1, finishing fourteenth again. The move to Africa in 2022 refreshed the team, and they finished fifth in the Pro League Africa Spring Split and eighth in the Middle East and Africa Championship Spring Split.
A fourteenth place in the Championship Fall Split was their last major result before the roster was shuffled and the team disbanded in January 2023. Umbra's story is one of constant movement, across regions as well as rosters, and their results on two continents make them hard to forget.
