Valor won Japan's league and carry two Korean veterans to Mumbai

Japan's road to Mumbai ran through the PUBG Mobile Japan League, and Valor came out of Season 6 Phase 2 holding both prizes on offer: the league title on 341 points and a direct slot at PMGC 2026. The phase closed on 11 October 2026 with only 45 points covering the five qualifying teams, REIGNITE second on 328, Versus third on 321, MAKING THE ROAD fourth on 319 and KINOTROPE fifth on 296, so Valor's margin was real but never comfortable. They had reached Phase 2 itself through the open tournament, where they placed third, which makes the title a run from the open bracket to the top of the league in a single season.

Taishin (泰心), P1r and Chipomaru (ちぽまる) give the lineup its Japanese core, and two Korean veterans complete it. DokC, a Nongshim RedForce player who crossed over for the phase, topped the phase's kill chart and took its Most Kills award, while Missile, a Korean professional since 2020 who won this same league with USG in 2022, brought the experience. Luna and Riri (りり) are listed as the team's managers on Liquipedia. TalkEsport's BMIC roster roundup records that Japanese lineups had not been formally published in the sources it checked; the five names here are Liquipedia's participant lists for the phase and for the BMIC itself.

Mumbai is therefore a double date for Valor: the BMIC lobby at The Dome from 30 October to 1 November 2026, against India's six and the other nine international qualifiers, and then a PMGC 2026 campaign that no other Japanese side from this phase is guaranteed. How long the mixed lineup stays together beyond those two events is not published anywhere this page could check.
