The eight Türkiye qualifiers and eight Europe qualifiers had earned their places through their respective Fall 2023 leagues. Twenty four matches decided the title across four days, six per day.

Next Rüya collected $26,000 as champions, with $20,000 for BRA Esports and $14,000 for MadBulls, and the remaining pool spread across the other fourteen teams. The prize list paid all seventeen teams, from $26,000 for the winners down to $2,000 for seventeenth placed Zwolf. The top five teams qualified for the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2023.

The 2023 scale paid ten points for first place, six for second and five for third, with a point per elimination and points to eighth. Next Rüya won three of the twenty four matches.
