Karakin, the 2x2 Desert Map

Karakin is a 2x2 km desert map of rocky hills and underground tunnel systems. Its noted mechanics are the Demolition Zone, Sticky Bombs and the Panzerfaust.

Karakin has only one recorded competitive use: the PMWI 2022 Afterparty Showdown, where it hosted Match 4 each day. No main pool use for Karakin was found in the press sources used.

Karakin's showcase place reflects the record as it stands: a small desert map with its own mechanics, used once on the Afterparty stage rather than in a main pool rotation. The Afterparty Showdown remains its single competitive appearance here, and no other event citation was found for it.

Karakin drop zones include Al Hayik, Bahr Sahir, Bashara, Al Habar and Hadiqa Nemo. TalkEsport lists those five among the map's key drop zones, and Karakin matches host 64 players on the same 2x2 km footprint as Livik.
