Rondo, the Newest 8x8 Map

Rondo is the newest addition to the map pool at 8x8 km, with hybrid urban and natural terrain.

Rondo joined the current main pool. It was part of the PMWC 2026 pool, opened the PMGC 2025 Gauntlet in Match 1, and appeared in the PMGO 2026 Season 2 Grand Finals in Match 1 and 7.

Rondo's esports features are the Recall System, the Esports Blue Zone, and Sentry Guard and Drops, while the Shop System is disabled in esports.

Rondo locations include Jadena City, Stadium, Jao Tin, Rin Jiang, Tin Long Garden and Yu Lin. InsideSport lists those six as the map's key areas, and the same report puts Rondo matches at up to 100 players.

Rondo BGIS 2026 use is ruled out by TalkEsport. Its 2026 maps guide says Rondo is not permitted in BGIS 2026 competitive matches, where only Erangel and Miramar are used.

Rondo dates to 7 March 2025 on Liquipedia. The Liquipedia map page gives Rondo that release date, matching the PUBG Mobile 3.7 update that brought the map to mobile.
