zz finished 2nd at Pro Series 2023 Season 1

zz, styled in lowercase on Liquipedia, is a South Korean PUBG Mobile team founded on 8 April 2022 that twice rebuilt itself and still reached the podium of the Korean Pro Series. Its first roster was acquired by EmTek StormX in September 2022, but the team reformed the following month and went on to its best results in 2023, a resilience that sets it apart from the many Korean sides that folded after a single setback.

zz peaked in the Pro Series 2023 Season 1, where zz finished second for $9,020, followed by third in Season 3 for $7,585 and fourth in Season 2 for $3,799, plus fourth in the Korea versus Japan Showdown of the same year. The previous year had already shown its quality, with third place in the 2022 Spring Finals for $11,772 and third in the 2022 Korea versus Japan Showdown for $776.

zz also acted as a feeder for the Korean elite: its players moved on to Dplus, DUKSAN Esports and EmTek StormX, among others, which is why its name keeps appearing in the transfer histories of bigger teams. A second place, two third places and a rebuilt roster make zz one of the stronger pages in the Korea batch, despite a name that looks like a typo.
