Detrox, BGIS 2026 Emerging Star with Myth

Detrox walked out of the Chennai Trade Centre with the Emerging Star tag, the award reserved for the BGIS breakout name. At the BGIS 2026 Grand Finals, he received the Rs 1 lakh Emerging Star honour while playing for Myth Official, who finished 13th overall with 90 points. He shared the awards stage with HunterZ as tournament MVP, Legit as Finals MVP, Nakul as Best IGL and Termi as Best Clutch, in a finals decided by four points between champions Team SouL and runners-up Genesis Esports.

The setting underlined the scale of the breakthrough. BGIS 2026 carried a record Rs 4 crore prize pool, drew more than 600,000 peak viewers on the final day, and was decided in the last match of a three-day LAN. Winning the Emerging Star award at that event, ahead of every other young player in the 16-team finals, marks Detrox as one of the new names the 2026 season produced.

July 2026 added two more finals weekends with Myth: third place at Domination Arena Season 1 and seventh at Pro Rivals Season 1, with Detrox again listed as the side's captain on the Liquipedia rosters for both events. The results stretch his record across a long run of 2026 play, even though his name, fixed role and background remain unpublished.

Beyond those results, nothing else about Detrox is verified in open reports. No real name, no fixed role and no earlier teams appear in any source this page could open. The Emerging Star trophy is the confirmed foundation of his record, and this page records it without inventing the rest.
