BMPS 2026 ended with GodLike's Jaipur comeback

BMPS 2026 is the fifth Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series, KRAFTON India's mid-year major. The season ran from 6 May to 21 June 2026 through open qualifiers, a survival stage, semi-finals and a Last Chance round, closing with an 18-match Grand Finals at Hall 1 of the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre in Sitapura, Jaipur. Sixty-four teams entered the season. The published prize pool was ₹4 crore, the largest in series history, with a reported peak of about 729,000 viewers and more than 12,000 spectators on the ground at JECC.

GodLike Esports won on 162 points with two chicken dinners and 104 finishes. The title is remembered for the opening day: GodLike sat last of the sixteen finalists on roughly 20 points (insidesport's Day-2 preview printed 21, other reports 20). A 70-point Day 2 lifted them to fourth on 91, and the last day completed the climb. The winning five were Manya as IGL with Spower, Admino, Saumay and GodZ. The trophy carried ₹1 crore and a direct invite to the Esports World Cup 2026 in Paris, where the BGMI title is staged as PMWC from 6 to 16 August. iQOO Orangutan took the second Indian route to the World Cup by finishing top of the KRAFTON India Esports leaderboard.

Divine Gaming finished second on 152 points with two match wins and 96 finishes, worth ₹60 lakh. Victores Sumus were third and took ₹40 lakh. Cheques below third place were not published in the outlets used here, and this page does not fill them in.

Individual honours were divided among the top three sides. ScaryJod of Victores Sumus was the tournament MVP at ₹4 lakh and also collected Best Clutch at ₹1 lakh. Slug of Divine Gaming was the Finals MVP at ₹2 lakh. Aadi of Nebula was named Best IGL at ₹2.5 lakh, and Jonathan was the Eliminator of the Tournament. No other special awards were published.

For lineage: the 2025 edition was won by Team Aryan x TMG on 136 points with three chicken dinners and 79 finishes at Yashobhoomi in New Delhi, for ₹1.25 crore. NoNx were second on 132 and Los Hermanos third on 126, with NONXLEVII as MVP and Dragon OP as Best IGL. That table is cited, not re-scored.

The published split also pays every place below the podium. Gods Reign collected ₹30 lakh for fourth and Team Apex Gaming ₹25 lakh for fifth, Orangutan took ₹18 lakh for sixth, and the cheques step down through the finalists to ₹5 lakh each for Revenant XSpark and Myth Official in 15th and 16th. Sixteen more sides were paid for the places below the finals, down to ₹1.5 lakh each for the teams ranked 25th to 32nd, so the prize table on this page now carries all 32 paid places.

The road to Jaipur ran longer than the three final days suggest. Sixty-four invited teams opened the qualifiers on 6 May and played 24 matches each across four rounds. The Survival Stage sent eight of its 32 teams into the semi-finals, the semi-finals at the NODWIN Gaming Arena in Delhi NCR sent six sides straight to the Grand Finals and sixteen into the Last Chance, and the last two finalists came through that round on 13 and 14 June.

GodLike sat last after Day 1 and still won. The 70-point middle day did the damage; the final day held the lead.

The final was also a qualifier. The champion's prize included the EWC 2026 invite, which is why the last matches mattered beyond the cheque.
