DUKSAN Esports finished 1st at Pro Series 2024 Season 1
DUKSAN Esports, also known as DEOKSAN Gaming and DS Gaming, was one of the most successful Korean PUBG Mobile teams of the Pro Series era. Founded on 7 April 2021, it won its first domestic title within two months, taking the Pro Series 2021 Season 1 for $24,309, and it went on to collect three more Pro Series season titles before its roster was acquired by DRX in June 2024.
The titles tell the story of a team that kept rebuilding without losing its edge. After the 2021 win came the Pro Series 2023 Season 1 and Season 3 titles, worth $30,067 and $30,342, and then a final championship in the Pro Series 2024 Season 1 for $21,880. Between those peaks it finished second in both the 2022 Spring and Fall Finals, so even its near misses came at the business end of the season.
DUKSAN's reach extended beyond Korea once: at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2023 it finished 21st for $35,750, the largest single prize on its record. The team also functioned as a talent pipeline for the Korean scene, with players moving on to Nongshim RedForce and DRX, and its June 2024 absorption into DRX closed a three-year run that produced four domestic season titles.
