BGMS Season 4 ended with K9's record New Delhi win
Overview
K9 Esports owned the final month of the 2025 Indian season when the fourth BGMI Masters Series closed at the NODWIN Gaming Arena in Chhatarpur, New Delhi. The Grand Finals ran from September 12 to 14, capping a tournament that had started on August 18 with twenty eight teams. K9 finished as the only side past one hundred points, taking one hundred seven with three chicken dinners across twelve matches, and collected sixty lakh rupees from a pool of one and a half crore.
Sinewy Esports arrived through the Challengers Series and refused to leave quietly, taking second on ninety six points while Team SouL took third with the same ninety six and one chicken dinner. True Rippers finished fourth on ninety three after Hydro produced twenty seven finishes to be named MVP. The event stretched across Hindi, English and Gujarati broadcasts on YouTube and JioHotstar, with Star Sports Khel giving it a national television window, and the finals drew more than ten million YouTube views.
The season brought new wrinkles to the format, including a Powerplay, an Impact Player rule and a bounty system, plus a multi camera setup for the LAN. Twenty four teams were invited and four qualified from the BGMI Challengers Series, and the challengers also shared a separate slice of the prize money. TraceGod of Revenant XSpark was named the Most Wicked Player after one hundred thirteen finishes across the season and also led the finish charts outright.
One absence hung over the final: 8Bit Esports were forced out of the finals by illness. K9's Omega-led lineup of Arclyn, Beast, NinjaBoi and Slug stayed steady across all three days, topping the table on day one and day two before closing the job on the fourteenth.
Twelve matches across three days in New Delhi; K9 Esports were the only side past one hundred points, taking the title on one hundred seven with three chicken dinners.
Match by match, the Grand Finals turned on K9's three chicken dinners, two of them back to back in matches three and four on the opening day and the third in match eight. GodLike Esports won the twelfth and last match on 14 September, but K9's total of 107 points was already out of reach.
