Victores Sumus announced its 2026 BGMI roster in November 2025, ending weeks of disband rumours. Veteran IGL Owais stayed at the helm, with Venom and Mafia retained from the core and ScaryJOD arriving as the new firepower. The announcement, reported by IndiaEsports, also confirmed Fury's departure. Owais doubled as a GodLike Esports content creator while competing for Victores Sumus.
The rebuild clicked in the BMPS 2026 qualifiers. Victores Sumus finished as the third-best team of the entire qualifier stage with 203 points and three chicken dinners across 24 matches, outscoring Team Soul, Orangutan and GodLike. A 77-point, six-match Round 3 topped Group A and sealed direct Grand Finals qualification in Round 4.
In Jaipur from June 19 to 21, 2026, the side finished third on 133 points behind champions GodLike and Divine Gaming. ScaryJOD was named the tournament MVP for four lakh rupees and added the Best Clutch award for one lakh. The organisation also won the OneGame Championship Fall Season and the Weltify Pro Clash Season 2 in 2026.
Elite Nova signed Owais in July 2026, per the Liquipedia transfer log, leaving Venom, ScaryJOD, Mafia and Paritosh as the remaining core. Victores Sumus also fields a Counter-Strike 2 division, but this page covers only the BGMI side.
