SouL's Pro Warrior Cup S1 triumph

On 10 February 2022, Team SouL won the Pro Warrior Cup Season 1, taking ₹2,00,000 of the ₹5,00,000 prize pool (about $6,622 in the records' figures). Rivalry Esports finished runners-up on ₹75,000, Velocity Gaming were third on ₹40,000, RCD Esports fourth on ₹20,000, and uDOG India fifth on ₹15,000. The event was organised by War Mania, sponsored by Fastrack Reflex Vox, The Souled Store, Gamerz Arena, Monster Energy and Irony Esports.

The Ultimate Round featured 18 teams playing 16 matches over four days, but the road there was enormous: round one was an open qualifier that drew 6,420 teams, with only the top six advancing to round two alongside 24 invited and conquest teams, from which 16 reached the Ultimate Round with two extra slots decided by viewers' voting. The MVP award went to Attanki of Velocity Gaming on ₹25,000, unusually coming from the third-placed team rather than the champions, and SouL also collected the Most Valuable Team bonus of ₹25,000.

At the time it was one of the largest open-bracket C-tier events of the era, and the fan-vote slots were an early experiment in audience participation.

Documented and confirmed: SouL's win, the five-team podium, Attanki's MVP award, the 6,420-team qualifier figure, the dates, and the prize split. The USD total follows the records.

Season 1 Pro Warrior Cup points came from a 15 point first place scale with one point per finish, matching the scale used in the second season Ultimate Round.

The MVP lifted the trophy from third place: Attanki of Velocity Gaming outshone the champions on individual merit while SouL took the team prize.
