Carnival Gaming won the Samatva Elite Series 2024
Overview
The Samatva Elite Series ran from 25 to 29 December 2024 with a Rs 10,00,008 prize pool (about $11,711), and Carnival Gaming won it. Samatva organised the event on its own platform with 32 teams online. Carnival took Rs 3,50,008 for the title, Team Versatile finished second for Rs 2,00,000, and Gods Reign took third for Rs 1,50,000.
The format started wide and narrowed fast. A group stage on 23–24 December took 64 teams, 32 invited plus 32 from open qualifiers, into semi-finals on 25–26 December. The grand finals on 27–29 December featured 16 teams across 18 matches. Carnival's Hector was named finals MVP for Rs 25,000, and the team also won the Most Finishes (Finals) award for another Rs 25,000, a double that shows how completely they controlled the lobby.
The chasing pack tells the story of the event's depth. Reckoning Esports finished fourth for Rs 1,00,000 and Team SouL fifth for Rs 75,000, while WSB Gaming, GodLike Esports, Gujarat Tigers, and Hyderabad Hydras were all eliminated in the semi-finals. A Christmas-week slot did not dilute the field.
The record established on this page covers the champion, the top-five order, the prize split, the dates, the format, and the award winners. Carnival's winning total of 227 points is verified against the Liquipedia match data, and the full Grand Finals table appears on this page. Secondary news coverage beyond Liquipedia remains thin.
Samatva Elite Series 2024 closed its group stage on 24 December 2024 before semi-finals on 25 and 26 December narrowed 32 teams to the 16-team grand final.
