Carnival Gaming entered BGMI on 11 January 2024 with immediate credibility, signing the former Team Soul roster of Omega as captain, Goblin, AkshaT, Hector and Neyo, with Amit Dubey as coach. The inherited core had won BMPS 2022 under the Soul banner, and under Carnival colours it collected five titles in 2024: the Samatva Elite Series in December, Deepavali BattleMania in November for Rs 2.5 lakh, the Lidoma Masters Showdown in March, the RA Esports Rising Star Showdown Season 3 in February and the Bingo! Nachos GAMEON Cup in January.

The year was not smooth behind the scenes. Omega left the organisation on 2 August 2024 after Hector was unexpectedly named the new IGL just before BGMS Season 3, and Carnival then finished fourth at that Masters Series despite topping the table until the penultimate match. Carnival also signed Shogun ahead of BMPS 2024 and added Spower to the lineup during the year. On the podium they were runners-up at Battle For Revolution Season 3 in June 2024 and third at the 1M Slayy Zone.

No current Carnival roster exists to publish: the organisation disbanded in November 2024, so the Omega-led 2024 core stands as the last fully documented iteration of the side.
