iQOO Pro Series 2024 finals won by Entity Gaming on 107 points
Overview
iQOO BGMI Pro Series 2024 closed its Grand Finals on 1 February 2024. Entity Gaming won the finals with 107 points across 12 matches, holding off a late push from the chasing pack.
The Saumraj-led side beat Team Soul by four points. Soul took ₹3,00,000 for second with 103 points, two chicken dinners and 57 eliminations, while Team Tamilas finished third on 100 points for ₹2,25,000.
Thirteen teams advanced from the finals to the iQOO LAN event, with GodLike Esports invited as the 2023 champions. The series carried a ₹55,00,000 pool, of which ₹15,00,000 was paid out in the finals.
Medal and Team XSpark finished fourth and fifth. GodLike had a poor finals and ended 15th, while the Shadow-led Gujarat Tigers were ninth and the Destro-led Gods Reign qualified for the LAN. Entity's win continued their strong start to 2024 and set them up as the side to beat heading into the LAN stage.
Two individual honours were also handed out at the 2024 iQOO BGMI Pro Series, with NinjaJOD of Team XSpark named MVP for Rs 50,000 and Medal Esports named MVP team for Rs 50,000.
Road to LAN billing for the 2024 iQOO BGMI Pro Series finals meant the top finishers earned LAN places alongside Team SouL as partner team and GodLike Esports as 2023 champions, while the LAN finals themselves belong to the separate ESL Snapdragon Pro Series page.
How it went
Entity led from early in the finals and never let Soul's two chicken dinners close the four-point gap.
The 2024 edition doubled as a qualifier, which made every placement point worth more than the prize money.
