Nigma Galaxy took the Pro Warrior Cup S2 Ultimate Round

Overview

The Pro Warrior Cup Season 2 Ultimate Round Grand Final was played from May 1 to 14, 2022, with a twenty lakh rupee prize pool. Team Nigma Galaxy won the event with 247 points after four days of finals, holding off a late field that included Team Soul, Team XO and TSM.

TSM finished second on 223 points. The final day swung on six matches: Team Soul had led after day three on nearly 200 points from 18 matches, with Nigma Galaxy close behind on 195 and Team XO third on 174, but Nigma's steadier final day took the title. Sixteen teams had qualified for the Ultimate Round through the Conquest Round.

The Conquest Round had been split into two weekly pools of two and a half lakh rupees each, with Team Soul winning the first week and Team XO the second. Both joined fourteen other sides, including Revenge Esports, Orangutan, Skylightz Gaming, Chemin Esports and Enigma Gaming, in the Ultimate Round finals.

The event was organised under the Warmania banner and streamed on LOCO. It was Nigma Galaxy's biggest BGMI title, and the 247-point total stood as one of the highest four-day final scores of the 2022 third-party season.

Pro Warrior Cup Season 2 Ultimate Round scoring gave 15 points for a first place finish and one point for each finish, with 12 points for second and 10 for third.
