Owais BGMI Player Profile

Mohammed Owais Lakhani, known as Owais, belongs to the first generation of Indian battle royale professionals, and he is still calling shots in 2026. He earned his early titles with Team SouL, including the PUBG Mobile India Series 2019, where the four-man roster of Mortal, Viper, Ronak and Owais took home Rs 30 lakh. After the PUBG Mobile era he built his own project, Team Enigma Forever, which competed as Team Forever and famously dominated a BGIS 2021 qualifier round with back-to-back wins.

Owais spent the middle years of his career across Numen Esports and 8Bit before re-emerging as a veteran in-game leader in 2026. He led Victores Sumus to third place at BMPS 2026 with 133 points, behind champions GodLike and runners-up Divine Gaming. Later in the year he surfaced with Elite Nova Esports during the BMSD 2026 qualifiers, where the team produced one of the standout weeks of the event: three consecutive chicken dinners, 42 finishes and 79 points across just six matches.

Off the server, Owais has become a voice on the business side of the scene, publicly discussing how new players command far higher salaries than veterans did at the same stage. He also signed as a content creator for GodLike Esports while continuing to compete. His exact transfer dates between recent teams are not published, so this page records the verified stops without guessing the calendar.

Fnatic gave him his first international organisation in October 2019, and the stint produced results quickly: the PUBG Mobile All Stars India 2019 title that December, eighth place at the Peacekeeper Elite Championship 2019, and second place at the PUBG Mobile India Series 2020, where he was named The Chosen One of the tournament.

The years after Fnatic were a tour of the scene's middle tier. Galaxy Racer came in 2021, then his own Team Forever project and its Enigma-backed form, which finished fourth at the BGMI Masters Series 2022. A stand-in spell with Gods reached second place at the India-Korea Invitational 2023, and stops with Gods Reign and Numen Esports followed, Numen taking second at BMPS 2024.

December 2024 moved him to 8Bit as part of the deal that brought the Numen Esports roster across, and when that side disbanded in May 2025 he revived Team Forever before joining Victores Sumus in August 2025. A fourth place at BGIS 2026 with Victores Sumus is the latest deep run on his record.
