Battle For Revolution Season 2 won by Team Soul in October 2023
Overview
The BGMI Battle For Revolution Season 2 was a two-day invitational staged on 2 and 3 October 2023 by Glazer Games with Infinix as the sponsor. Eighteen teams played 12 matches in the Grand Finals.
Soul won the event, their third consecutive tournament victory in that stretch. The champions also posted 73 eliminations, the most of any team in the finals.
Goblin swept the individual awards: MVP, fan favourite player and top fragger, worth ₹40,000 each. Soul added ₹40,000 each for the most finishes by a team and the fan favourite team award.
Blind Esports finished second on 133 points ahead of WSB Gaming, with XSpark, GodLike and OR Esports behind them. The ₹6,00,000 winner's cheque headlined a distribution that paid down to tenth place, and the result underlined Soul's control of the third-party circuit in late 2023.
Infinix's sponsorship and Glazer Games' production made the two-day event one of the slicker invitationals of the autumn, and Soul's streak gave it a headline act.
How it went
Soul turned a two-day invitational into a procession, leading the kills chart and the points table.
Goblin's three individual awards made him the story of the finals.
