BGIS 2024 The Grind seeded 64 BGMI teams to the main event
BGIS 2024 The Grind ran from April 4 to 28, 2024 as the seeding event for the BGIS 2024 main event. KRAFTON ran the online qualifier with Tesseract Esports, and 256 invited teams played four weeks of group play for main event places.
Sixteen groups of 16 played the opening weeks, with three matches per group in each of the first two weeks. After two weeks the standings reshaped the groups, and each group played three more matches across weeks three and four. The top 64 teams on the four-week standings advanced to the main event.
The top 16 teams entered Main Event Round 4, led by Revenant Esports, Team Forever, Team Soul, Hyderabad Hydras and ESCN Esports. Places 17 to 32 entered Round 3, led by Entity Gaming, Orangutan and Raven Esports, and places 33 to 64 entered Round 2.
The event paid no cash prizes, so the prize list is empty here. Liquipedia records seeding bands instead of a full standings table, and only the 64 qualifiers are named from the 256-team field. Scoring used the 10-point first place scale.
