India Today League Invitationals: Gladiators' July 2023 title

The India Today League: Invitationals ran from 14 to 16 July 2023 with a Rs 10,00,000 prize pool, and Gladiators Esports won the event. The result is recorded in SportsAdda's BGMI coverage, which lists the Gladiators title among the team's 2023 results. A three-day invitational under a mainstream media brand, it was one of the shorter formats on the 2023 third-party calendar.

The win fits Gladiators' 2023 arc, a team that kept collecting invitational titles through the year and later finished runners-up at the BGMI Masters Series Season 5 in 2026. The India Today League title is an early data point in that longer story of a team that stayed relevant across multiple eras of the game.

This page keeps to what the sources confirm: Gladiators as champions, Medal Esports second and Blind Esports third, the mid-July dates and the prize figures. Press coverage carried a $12,184 pool, about Rs 10,11,000, while Liquipedia records a flat Rs 10,00,000 pool whose paid slots sum exactly to that figure, so both numbers stay on this record. Only the 2023 Invitationals are covered here.

Gladiators' winning lineup was Destro, Justin, SHOGUN and DeltaPG, and DeltaPG also took the event MVP award.

India Today League Invitationals 2023 semi-finals were topped by Team Aladin, not the eventual champions. Team Aladin scored 71 points from six matches on 14 July, with two chicken dinners and 43 finishes, while Gladiators Esports qualified only sixth on 28 points. Gladiators Esports then won the two-day Grand Finals on 103 points, five clear of Medal Esports on 98, with Blind Esports third on 95 and Orangutan fourth on 85.

The three-day July 2023 invitational ended with Gladiators Esports on top. It was an early title in a run that later took Gladiators to the BGMS Season 5 final.
