Team SouL won the OneGame Pro Championship Season 1
Overview
The OneGame Pro Championship Season 1 ran from 29 March to 17 April 2024 with a Rs 10,00,000 prize pool (about $11,955), and Team SouL won it. Sportskeeda reported the SouL title: the Manya-led squad scored 275 points with 3 chicken dinners and 164 finishes across 35 matches in the grand finals. GodLike Esports finished second on 257 points with 5 chicken dinners for Rs 2,00,000, and Entity Gaming took third on 253 points for Rs 1,00,000. OneGame Esports and One Digital Entertainment organised the event with 32 teams.
The grand finals were split across two weeks, 8–10 and 15–17 April, with 16 teams playing six matchdays. SouL's margin came from finish volume: Spower alone recorded 52 eliminations in the finals. Revenant Esports, the pace-setter for most of the finals, slipped to fourth on 237 points on the last day, while Hydra Esports finished fifth on 222 points.
The awards spread credit around the lobby. Shourya Savitar Gupta was named MVP for Rs 50,000, Jonathan took the Fan Favourite Player award, and GodLike Esports won the Most WWCD team award. That mix, a SouL title built on finishes, a GodLike side winning the most chicken dinners, and an Entity podium, captures how tight the top of Indian BGMI was in spring 2024.
